US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, unless stated otherwise in the product's description. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm MST Phoenix through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
We use Standard Ground Shipping USPS or UPS *Free shipping on orders of $250 or more for the 48 contiguous states. 

At this time we only ship to the USA 48 contiguous states.
Shipping restrictions do not apply to Digital items.
Overnight delivery is not available.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Glory Fire Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be required to pay all return shipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

Damaged goods

Glory Fire Studio takes every effort to wrap our products to be protected in shipping however, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
